Due to the spread of Covid-19 around the globe the World Health Organization (WHO) has asked everyone to reduce contact with people and to stay at home. As business owners this presents a challenge due to the fact that most of our workforce has to stay at home.

This, however, is not the end of the world as there are many solutions to solve this problem. Today we'd like to tell you about some of the best apps to setup your home office.

Zoom

It's a very good tool for holding online meetings whether you have a small or large team. It has a very friendly user interface and it lets you record and broadcast meetings for later. Pretty handy if you love to have meetings frequently.

Team viewer

It allows you to share your desktop, online meetings, web conferencing and even transfer files between devices.

Slack

Is a great alternative to keep your team communicated. It let's users transfer files and documents as well as messages. The free version, however, has a limit to the number of messages but there is a paid version that's perfect for bigger teams.

Trello

This tool allows you to keep track of ongoing projects and everything done by your team. You can create to-do lists and assign them through different boards and different projects. It even lets you give comments, share links or revisions and keep track of all the completed work.

Asana

Used for project management, this app lets you collaborate with other team members by creating lists and boards for projects. It has a mobile app which can come in handy when you are on the go.

Box

It's a document management tool which lets you store and share files. It's an alternative to Google Drive and Dropbox that can be integrated with Office 360, Google Apps and Slack.

Time Doctor

This time-tracking app will help you stay focused and meet deadlines. This is a very handy app to help employees stay productive.
